Insight Research, Inc. is a privately owned corporation formed in 1992 by Allen McMillon in order to provide high-quality system integration. The name of the corporation is Insight Research, Inc., which hereinafter will be referred to as IRI.

The condition of the business world today is such that more and more companies understand the need to swiftly generate, disseminate and display information. Whether the information is being sent to customers, potential customers, vendors or employees, we develop innovative capabilities to help companies gain competitive advantage. Our focus is group productivity.

Our industry has so many avenues and potential, it is difficult to narrowly describe our business. Some of our areas of expertise include high-level audio systems, data display, command and control systems, and video teleconferencing systems. Because we understand the need and value for the access of information, we also provide network security, access control, encryption, security analysis and assessment as well as corporate communications systems and digital theaters. A more comprehensive overview of our product lines can be found in Section IV.

The systems integration industry has a fairly new market niche and Insight Research is one of the oldest companies in the Atlanta area that provides these products and services. We have designed and installed numerous corporate boardrooms, command and control centers, digital theaters, and projection systems that have received national acclaim. In 1999 alone, Insight Research won three national awards. Much of our business is from repeat clients who know that we deliver results which consistently exceed the clients' own expectations of value and quality through the application of creativity, innovation and technical excellence. Ultimately, our only measure of success is client satisfaction.
