Allen McMillon, President & Chief Executive Officer

With 15 years experience as a Systems Integrator and Designer, Allen is well versed in most aspects of this industry. Allen's achievements include the design and installation of one of the largest SCADA facilities in the US for AT&T, the design and installation of one of the first 3D Theaters in the US as Glaxo Wellcome and the very first truly Digital Theaters projecting at 1080i resolution complete with Dolby sound. Allen is a graduate of The State University of West Georgia and his duties include sales, company organization and marketing. Allen has also established and maintained strong vendor alliances throughout the industry. Some of Allen's certifications include :

Lee Hutchens, Director of Engineering

Along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Lee has extensive experience in Product Design, graphic art, custom furniture and cabinetry design and manufacturing, marketing and sales. Lee is also certified by the ICIA as a Certified Technology Specialist in Design, and holds a State of Georgia unrestricted low-voltage license. The position of design engineer and operations manager for IRI seems to be tailored for Lee's experience. The systematic integration of various technologies draws upon his technical background with SED, systems design and installations rely heavily on his experience in dealing with architects, contractors and decorators, and the sales support function is bolstered by his five years as a sales representative for SED. Project management and supervision draw on his history as a small business owner/operator, and since IRI is a new and growing business, his graphic art skills, business experience, presentation skills, product development, technical expertise and sales knowledge all uniquely qualify him for this position.

Richard Martin, Director of Technical Support

As our Technical Manager, Richard's duties include managing the service and installation department, training technicians, testing and implementing new equipment, interviewing and hiring new technician applicants and developing equipment operation training sheets for our clients. Richard attended the Mechanical Engineering School at Iowa State University and completed the following certifications and courses:

Fred Mitchell, Vice President Sales

Our Sales Manager has 30 years experience as an Audio/Video System Integration Sales Engineer along with 7 years as an Audio/Video repair/installation technician and project manager. He attended the Vanguard Institute of Technology where he received an associate degree in electronics design and received an FCC Television/Radio Broadcast Engineer's license from the Atlanta Technical Institute.
